Objective
Mr Faisan the company director had a vision of going beyond brochures and providing a unique experience to the clients, their main pain points observed during the initial phase were that they were not able to translate the vision to the customer regarding the podium structure where they had planned to create a multi level amenities structure. Along with this they wanted the clients to experience the beautiful view the property gave of the lush Arrey forest.

To Tackle all the problem statements provided to us, we underwent the challenge of designing a digital twin and paid a lot of attention to details for all the amenities created for them in the software to increase the ease of understanding the complicated amenities structure. Additionally, we captured 4k 360 Drone footage of the project vicinity which was utilized in creating a replica of the interior units they were offering on the site, in total we recreated 30 of their amenities, the entire exterior of the project, 5 Km vicinity module where we recreated the Borivali region and 5 interior unit types. This collectively gave the client the most detailed understanding of the entire project.
Technology InSight
V-Estate’s Interactive sales tool has been activated on their site in two variations, Variant one utilizes a 65-inch LED Screen connected to the iPad for interaction. Variant two utilizes a 65-inch Touch LED Screen connected to an iPad for interacting.
