Objective
As a mixed-use development, one of the key challenges was helping buyers understand both the residential lifestyle experience and the commercial ecosystem, while effectively communicating the project's architectural vision, connectivity advantages, premium amenities, and Goregaon micro-market through an immersive sales journey.

Once the brief was received, our team began ideating for the experience center. We strategically divided the customer journey into distinct zones, each designed to deliver a comprehensive and immersive understanding of the project.
Zone 1
Corporate Architectural Visualization
The commercial tower was envisioned with an international architectural language inspired by New York, Paris, and contemporary European business districts. A defining design feature was its dynamic S-shaped façade, created through tilted louvres, layered screening systems, and modern glass compositions.
Another unique architectural element was the innovative parking podium façade, which integrated louvres, vertical gardens, and screening systems to create a visually open yet aesthetically concealed parking experience.
The architectural vision was led by Jay Mehta, Managing Partner of Mehta Group, with EP+NH Studio shaping the landscape design and Harsh Mehta, Managing Partner of Mehta Group, curating the interior design.
V-Estate developed a photorealistic real-time visualization ecosystem that enabled buyers and channel partners to explore the building's architecture, circulation systems, parking
infrastructure, security features, and commercial ecosystem. The platform also showcased 22 interactive vicinity touchpoints, highlighting metro connectivity, rail access, highways, business districts, restaurants, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and recreational landmarks around the project.

Residential Architectural Visualization
The residential experience was designed to communicate lifestyle, amenities, and spatial planning through immersive storytelling and cinematic walkthroughs. A key highlight was the project's multi-level rooftop lifestyle ecosystem, connected through a sculptural spiral staircase that seamlessly linked wellness, recreation, and social spaces.
The platform showcased 31 interactive amenity touchpoints, including rooftop lap pools, an aqua gym, a sauna, yoga decks, mini golf, a pet park, a temple, amphitheatre seating, landscaped recreational spaces, and terrace-level working pods.
Unlike conventional developments, the working pods were integrated into the rooftop experience, creating a unique work-and-wellness environment. Buyers could also explore cross-ventilated residences, open city views, and expansive Aarey-facing vistas through real-time visualization.

Interactive Discussion Room
To enhance customer engagement, V-Estate deployed a dedicated discussion room equipped with a large-format LED display, interactive kiosk setup, monitor system, and iPad-assisted controls. The setup enabled sales teams to seamlessly navigate between architecture, layouts, amenities, connectivity, and views during personalized presentations.
A key innovation introduced during the project was the One-Click 4K Render feature, allowing teams to instantly generate photorealistic renders directly from the live software environment for presentations, marketing collateral, and social media content.
