Technology Implementation

Unreal Engine 5.2 Visualization

Custom procedural modelling tools were developed within Unreal Engine to accurately represent surrounding infrastructure, including metro lines, flyovers, and bridges. Animated metro movement reinforced location connectivity and realism.

Parallax Interior System

To handle towers with approximately 60% glass façades, a parallaxing technique simulated depth and interior lighting without excessive geometry, creating realistic visual depth while maintaining performance.

IoT Physical–Digital Synchronization
