Technology Highlights

Unreal Engine 5.4 & PCG Framework: The site was located in a green zone with little surrounding geometry. To create a realistic environment, the team used Procedural Content Generation (PCG) to "paint" millions of trees and foliage instances. This allowed for a dense, lush environment without crashing the frame rate, maintaining a smooth 30-35 FPS even with heavy geometry.

Optimized Runtime for Continuous, High-Load Performance The entire environment was architected for 24/7 operation on limited hardware resources, ensuring stable framerates and zero performance degradation over time.

Spline-Driven Road & Lighting Infrastructure Implemented a procedural spline system enabling precise placement of roads and streetlights, delivering authentic night-time illumination and significantly reducing manual design overhead.

Custom Display Adaptation Tools Engineered proprietary utilities capable of auto-resolving aspect ratios, UI boundaries, and projection anomalies for unconventional large-format screen installations.

Redundant Dual-Server Architecture (Main + Backup) Designed a fault-tolerant system with seamless failover over Cat6 communication — guaranteeing uninterrupted operation even under hardware or network stress.

Rapid Infrastructure Recovery — “3-Day Cabling Pivot”
 When onsite infrastructure requirements changed unexpectedly, the network topology and installation strategy were re-engineered and deployed within 72 hours — preventing downtime and preserving delivery milestones.
