About the Project
Since 1978, Hiranandani has established itself as one of India's most prestigious Mumbai-based real estate developers. They are particularly known for their neoclassical architecture and high-quality construction standards. Recently, they revealed their latest project, Hiranandani Belicia, a premium residential high-rise project located in Panch Pakhadi, Thane. So, to help buyers understand its luxury values, V-Estate developed an immersive 3D visualization platform to enhance the experience center.

The
Objective
Hiranandani Belicia is a 48-storey high-rise tower that features dual views of the Yeoor Hills and the city-facing skyline. The project is built on a 1.5-acre land parcel and has more than 15 amenities. Despite having so much to offer, one of the main challenges the developers were facing was to showcase these features to the buyer in a way that allows the interactions to be engaging while also keeping the experience immersive.
As such, they knew traditional brochures wouldn't be enough. So, V-Estate partnered with Hiranandani to develop an advanced experience center that would replace their previous web-based solution.

Architectural 3D Visualization
Hiranandani's Belicia features a unique Neo-Classical architecture, which is one of its biggest selling points. As such, V-Estate ensured it communicated its scale and luxury to the clients when developing its real-time immersive platform.
The project also has highly detailed structures like pediments, pilasters, cornices, jalis, grooves, nibs, grooving panels, and railings, which V-Estate's ecosystem captures down to the minute details, so that buyers can realize the full potential of the building and everything it has to offer.

Landscape & Amenities Experience
When it comes to vicinity, landscape, & amenities, Belicia has a lot to offer. One of its biggest highlights includes its large rooftop pool. Followed by 15+ amenities including Kids' Play Area, Yoga Deck, Games Room, Mini Party Hall, Squash Court, Mini Theatre, Business Centre, and more.
For the landscape, as mentioned before, Belicia offers Yeoor Hills and city-facing skyline for its views. This introduced the challenge of handling models with very high poly count, but after several sessions of optimization, V-Estate ensured the visualization ecosystem used high-quality models that also didn't slow down or impact the software's performance in any negative manner.

V-Estate deployed its real-time interactive 3D visualization software in the sales pod. It was used by the sales team to improve customer engagement during the luxury project presentations.
