About the Project

L&T Crestoria, Panvel, was envisioned as a large-scale residential estate positioned as a “life beyond Mumbai” destination within the rapidly developing Panvel corridor. Inspired by Spanish and neo-classical architecture, the project combined layered landscapes, premium lifestyle amenities, clubhouse experiences, and retail integration to create a self-sustained ecosystem. To effectively communicate the scale, architectural identity, and lifestyle vision of the project, V-Estate deployed an immersive real-time visualization platform for the sales experience centre.

Objective

  • The primary objective was to transform the traditional real estate sales journey into an immersive and technology-driven experience capable of showcasing the complete scale and planning of Crestoria. Since the project was located within an emerging outskirts corridor of Panvel, L&T required a stronger storytelling platform that could help buyers visualise the future lifestyle ecosystem being developed.

  • Another key objective was to highlight the project’s Spanish-inspired architecture, layered landscape planning, extensive amenities, and estate-wide connectivity through a seamless interactive experience that would create deeper engagement during customer presentations.

Immersive Architectural Visualization

Crestoria featured a neo-classical and Spanish-inspired architectural language with highly detailed façade carvings, mouldings, layered elevations, and ornamental detailing across all five towers. Unlike conventional modern residential projects, the architectural treatment involved extensive curved elements, decorative façade detailing, and layered planning systems that required advanced modelling precision and optimization workflows.

The entire estate was curated to showcase the following:

Landscape & Amenities Experience

One of Crestoria’s strongest highlights was its layered landscape planning spread across podiums, clubhouse tops, ground-level experiences, and retail frontages. Instead of isolated amenity pockets, the project was curated as a continuous lifestyle ecosystem with interconnected recreational and social spaces.

V-Estate enabled immersive visualization of key lifestyle experiences, including:
