Experience Centre and Interaction Design

The experience centre, launched in January 2026, was designed to deliver an interactive, discussion-led experience, enabling high-value engagement through real-time visualisation.

Within dedicated discussion rooms, channel partners and buyers experienced a full property walkthrough powered by V-Estate’s interactive visualisation software, enabling a guided, real-time exploration across all project aspects.

This process created a repeatable, high-quality, high-conviction sales format.

Rooftop-Led Lifestyle Positioning

The project’s lifestyle narrative was anchored around a rooftop-first amenity strategy, positioning elevated spaces as the primary experiential layer of the development.

A total of 33 photorealistic amenities were curated, including 4 indoor, 13 outdoor, and 14 rooftop amenities, ensuring a comprehensive lifestyle showcase
Majority of key experiences were concentrated at the rooftop level, reinforcing exclusivity and elevation
The infinity pool deck was positioned as the central visual and experiential anchor
Rooftop spaces were designed to function as premium lifestyle zones, amplifying openness, privacy, and aspirational living

Advanced Visualisation and Technical Execution

Built on Unreal Engine 5.4 with Lumen real-time illumination to deliver dynamic lighting and accurate material perception
Integrated live lighting environments to enhance spatial realism during walkthroughs
Implemented Populate Terrain scripting to handle complex elevation variations of up to 12 to 15 feet, ensuring precise terrain modelling
Developed procedural road alignment systems to seamlessly integrate built structures with uneven site gradients
Utilised a combination of PCG Graph systems and manual foliage placement, with instance-based optimisation for performance and elevation-sensitive realism
Incorporated fluid simulation systems for large-scale water bodies, including infinite ocean rendering for depth continuity
Created custom project-specific assets, including detailed rooftop pergola structures and a bespoke hanging chair element within landscaped zones
Maintained an optimised model with approximately 6.7 million polygons, ensuring smooth real-time navigation with minimal latency
Addressed key technical challenges around terrain alignment and slope accuracy, while maintaining photorealism and system stability throughout the experience

Zone 5

Vicinity and Context Mapping

Approximately 5 kilometres of contextual mapping integrated into the experience, enabling a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding ecosystem
A total of 34 vicinity touchpoints were mapped and visualised, covering key social, lifestyle, and connectivity nodes
Included landmarks such as premium residential zones, social infrastructure, and high-value neighbourhood references
Reinforced Pali Hill’s elite residential positioning by translating location into a tangible, visual narrative
Enabled buyers to understand not just proximity but also the lifestyle and network ecosystem associated with the address

This ensured that location was not presented as static information but as a dynamic, experience-driven value layer within the overall sales journey.
