Objective
Island Cove was a new project by L&T Realty in Mahim, offering stunning views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and lush mangroves. L&T wanted an interactive platform that would allow potential buyers to explore the project in detail, understand its location advantages, and visualize the lifestyle it offered. They also required a web version of the tool for remote client engagement and international sales.

Exteriors
The module was designed to showcase the architectural excellence of Island Cove and its prime location. We created high-quality 3D visualizations that highlighted the project's design elements and captured the breathtaking views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and surrounding mangroves from various angles and times of day.
Zone 2
Amenities
The amenities module provided a comprehensive mapping of all facilities and common areas within the project. Potential buyers could explore each amenity in detail through interactive visualizations, helping them understand the lifestyle upgrades of residency at Island Cove.
Zone 3
Vicinity
This section focused on the project's strategic location advantages, highlighting the surrounding locality's infrastructure, landmarks, and connectivity options. We incorporated information about future developments in the area to demonstrate the long-term value proposition of the investment.

Interior Unit
Detailed digital representations of sample apartments were created to allow potential buyers to experience the living spaces virtually. This module placed special emphasis on showcasing the actual window views highlighting the Sea Views and Mangroves – a key selling point for the project.
Tech-Insight
The V-Estate Interactive Software was deployed at L&T's sales gallery using state-of the-art technology: 55" Touchscreen TVs were installed to display high-quality, real-time rendered visuals of the project.
The large format screens ensured an impactful presentation while the touchscreen functionality allowed for intuitive navigation. iPad-controlled interaction was implemented to give sales representatives a powerful yet simple tool to guide potential buyers through the experience. The iPad integration allowed for seamless control of content presentation without disrupting the sales conversation.
Main LED screen integration in the waiting area ensured that potential buyers began their engagement with the project from the moment they entered the sales gallery. This created an immersive atmosphere and introduced key project highlights before the detailed presentation.
Additionally, we developed a web version of the platform that mirrored the functionality of the in-gallery experience, enabling international clients to explore the property remotely with or without guided assistance from sales representatives.

The V-Estate Software became an essential sales tool for Island Cove, making it easier for buyers to engage with the project. The web version helped international clients explore the property remotely, increasing reach and boosting sales. Due to its success, L&T has mandated the use of this software for all future project launches.
