The
Objective
Rustomjee wanted us to create an immersive and tech-forward experience for their Thane region project, Verdant Vista. Their main purpose was to communicate the strategic location benefits of the whole project in an interactive and contextual format. Also, they wanted to highlight the wide array of 75+ amenities spread across the residency to attract potential prospects.

V-estate Interactive Software
Zone 1
Vicinity Scale model with IoT integration
This zone highlighted the 25KM catchment area around the project, highlighting key landmarks such as educational institutions, corporate hubs, entertainment venues, highways, railway stations, and transit routes, in a very precise an d interactive manner.
Technical Implementation
Physical scale model integrated with a 16 ft x 8 ft curved LED panel (PP2.0). It is completely controlled with an 11-inch iPad Pro. To guide the users, commute paths with distance and time calculations were created using real-time animations and animated map visuals.
Zone 2
Interactive Real-Time sales tool
The interactive tool created a replica of the project, designed for in-depth customer discussions and offering users the freedom to freely navigate through key zones and features to improve their buying intent and property understanding.
Technical Implementation
A 55” touchscreen display was set up, connecting it to a high-performance workstation, and it was able to render 4K real-time digital twins of the property. It could be easily controlled via touchscreen or an iPad Pro’s user interface for the sales representatives.

Exterior Visualizations
Exteriors were designed comprehensively, which included landscaping of the 2 currently launched towers. This allowed the buyers to freely navigate the exterior landscape and get a better sense of the scale and architectural visuals of the project.
Zone 4
Interior Unit Walkthroughs
3 interior units were built, where customers can see all window-specific views of their desired flat, as well as experience the complete interior layout of the flat, which can influence their purchase perspectives.
Zone 5
Amenity Mapping & Lifestyle Visualization
Users could visually experience a wide range of amenities covering various levels of the whole project, from covering ground to the top rooftop. They would be able to comprehend their complete lifestyle if they invest in the project because we provided Rustomjee with a complete vicinity map covering 25KM radius area around the project, which highlights every touchpoint thoroughly with an in-built light.
The same data is shown on the screen to the clients, where the roads that can be taken to reach the location are showcased, with an understanding of the distance and time taken to reach there.

The deployment of the interactive V-Estate software for the Verdant Vista project in the Thane region is one of the first launches of its kind experience.
It has become prominent for Rustomjee’s sales strategy for the project, and the sales team is utilizing this software to improve their interaction with the clients.
