Objective

  • Suraj Tower Experience Centre was to create a customer-first sales journey that showcased the project’s prime location and iconic views while blending modern digital interactivity with Dadar’s cultural identity. The goal was to provide homebuyers with an immersive and transparent experience through interactive screens, digital walkthroughs, and lifestyle storytelling, enabling them to explore layouts, amenities, and design details even before completion. By bridging modern living with traditional community values, the Experience Centre aimed to enhance buyer confidence, drive early engagement, and position Suraj Tower as a landmark of aspirational yet compact urban living.

Immersive Sales Gallery

A state-of-the-art interactive space was created, where large display screen walk buyers through the tower’s design, amenities, and views.
Buyers could experience not only floor plans but also the real-time visibility of interiors and exteriors through advanced visualization software.

Lifestyle Storytelling

The project narrative was anchored in the unique duality of Dadar – modernity blended with tradition.
The Experience Centre highlighted amenities such as an indoor gym, kids’ play area, yoga zone, banquet hall, and indoor games, reinforcing a wholesome lifestyle.

Smart Podium Design

A multi-level podium featuring eight levels of parking and a landscaped open area provided a practical yet lifestyle-driven solution.
Walking tracks and community zones at the podium offered residents a balanced urban living experience.

Technical Implementation

The Experience Centre was launched ahead of the project’s grand launch to begin customer engagement early. Large-format interactive screen, digital walkthroughs, and team-led demonstrations enabled buyers to explore every detail of the tower before construction completion.
By ensuring continuous updates in the sales software and integrating feedback loops, the sales team maintained av with customers, keeping them engaged throughout the pre-launch phase.

Challenges

Dadar represents both heritage and modernity. Suraj Developers aimed to create a project that could appeal to new-age homebuyers while staying true to the neighborhood’s cultural identity. The challenge was to:
