  • To help buyers understand this complex architecture and the premium lifestyle offering, the developer implemented an immersive digital sales experience. The platform allowed potential buyers to explore the towers, rooftop amenities, and surrounding landscape in a highly visual and interactive way.

Two rooftop infinity pools located on opposite towers were highlighted to demonstrate the premium lifestyle offering.

Sales teams could show exact views from individual apartments, including views of the botanical garden, city skyline, and internal landscapes.

Architectural Highlight Presentation

A web-based version allowed agents to present the project to HNI and NRI buyers remotely, helping convert clients who could not visit the site physically.

The Technology

The immersive environment was built using Unreal Engine 5.4, allowing real-time navigation and photorealistic visualization.

The project involved a highly detailed 3D environment.

  • Building polycount: ~2 crore polygons
  • Total project polycount: ~16 crore polygons

  • To achieve high visual fidelity, the system used:
  • Lumen real-time global illumination
  • Path Tracing for high-quality rendering
  • SpeedTree for detailed vegetation modeling

The environment was recreated using Bengaluru-specific elements, including red soil, local vegetation, and dense foliage zones such as the Miyawaki forest landscape.

The scene also included surrounding context such as the metro line, nearby cityscape, and botanical garden views, helping buyers understand the project’s real-world location.
