Objective
Purva Panorama marked one of Puravankara’s early strategic partnerships with V-Estate during the brand’s expansion into Mumbai. The objective was to create a premium immersive sales ecosystem capable of helping Puravankara establish a stronger experiential foothold within Mumbai’s competitive luxury residential landscape by moving beyond traditional sales and marketing pipelines through real-time visualization and experiential storytelling.
Spread across a 12.75-acre land parcel, the project featured 3 towers, 55 floors, a 90,000 sq. ft landscaped podium, panoramic mountain-facing experiences, integrated retail spaces, and 35+ lifestyle amenities. V-Estate was brought in to help prospects seamlessly experience the project’s architecture, landscapes, luxury planning, and environmental openness through highly interactive real-time visualization beyond conventional brochures and walkthroughs.

For Puravankara’s strategic expansion into Mumbai, V-Estate developed a real-time immersive visualization ecosystem designed to communicate the scale, luxury positioning, and environmental planning of Purva Panorama.
A major highlight was the integration of the site’s heritage banyan tree ecosystem within the podium planning, helping buyers experience how sustainability, landscape, and luxury living were seamlessly connected within the development.

Purva Panorama’s landscape-first planning integrated podium leisure zones, infinity experiences, wellness amenities, and garden residences directly into the high-rise ecosystem.
Through V-Estate’s immersive visualization platform, buyers could experience private garden-facing living within a vertical luxury development while still maintaining openness and residential privacy — bringing the emotional advantage of ground-connected living into a high-rise environment.
The immersive ecosystem showcased the 90,000 sq. ft. landscaped podium, heritage banyan plaza, infinity pool with mountain-facing views, elevated leisure decks, sports amenities, and outdoor event spaces through highly photorealistic environmental visualization workflows.
